If you’re looking for new Zelda-related titles to play, you might be interested to learn that a Nintendo fan has actually spotted that in the Wii U’s eShop’s backend, there is evidence to suggest that The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess could be on its way. Prior to this, there were already hints thanks to an icon.
Prior to this, the icon had begun speculation that an emulated port could be in the works, but now thanks to the most recent discovery, it seems that a full remastering of the game could be in the cards instead, something that we’re sure many gamers can probably appreciate. For those unfamiliar, Twilight Princess was actually released back in 2006.
Technically this makes it an “old” game, but as we have seen in the past, remastered titles are typically very welcome especially if they are part of the classics. We’ve already seen Nintendo remake Majora’s Mask and Wind Waker, so it wouldn’t really be that much of a stretch to think that they would remaster/remake Twilight Princess.
Unfortunately there is no word on when the remake/remaster will be released, so gamers who are looking forward to it will just have to remain patient until Nintendo makes an official announcement.
