Samsung has officially taken the wraps off the Galaxy On5 and the Galaxy On7. However they made their debut in China which means there is a good chance that’s where they’ll stay, although given that they were also spotted on Samsung India’s website, perhaps they will launch in India as well. Either way there was no mention of a stateside or international release beyond these two countries.
So in terms of specs, what does the Galaxy On5 and On7 pack under the hood? Starting with the Galaxy On5, this phone packs a 5-inch HD display. Under the hood, an Exynos 3475 chipset can be found with a processor clocked at 1.3GHz (quad-core). There will be 1.5GB of RAM accompanying the phone along with an 8MP rear-facing camera, a 5MP front-facing camera, and 8GB of expandable storage.
As for the Galaxy On7, this device will sport a slightly larger display with a 5.5-inch HD screen. It will be powered by a quad-core processor clocked at a slightly slow 1.2GHz with 1.5GB of RAM, a 13MP rear-facing camera, a 5MP front-facing camera, 8GB of storage, and a 3,000mAh battery to top things off.
