Many of us remember the time earlier this year when it was incredibly hard to get your hands on an Apple Watch, many attributed it to possible manufacturing issues, while others believed that it was just a tactic to build an air of exclusivity around this new smartwatch. Whatever it might have been the undeniable fact now is that the retail presence of Apple’s first smartwatch is gradually growing with Target now confirming that it will start selling the Apple Watch from this week.
Best Buy was the first major retailer to start selling the Apple Watch, previously Apple was only selling the smartwatch through its website or through one of its many retail stores across the country.
Target says that it will start accepting online orders for Apple Watch from October 18th while the smartwatch is going to arrive at some stores as early as this week. The retailer promises that Apple Watch will be available across all of its stores by October 25th.
The retailer is going to carry 20 models of Apple Watch in both 38mm and 42mm sizes split between Apple Watch and Apple Watch Sport product lines. Also available at Target are the new rose gold and black stainless steel model.
