It goes without saying that the closer a particular device is to its release date, the more rumors surrounding it will start to make an appearance. All the more when that particular handset or tablet happens to be one that is being looked forward to by many people. Well, Xiaomi is starting to come into its own as a smartphone manufacturer, and their upcoming device, the Xiaomi Mi 5, has already seen its name appear for quite some time already, but a whole lot of it still remains unknown. The latest leaked image concerning the alleged handset does point to the very strong possibility of it coming with a fingerprint scanner.
All that we can say is, we do look forward to an official statement or release concerning the handset in order to put to bed whatever rumors that had been surrounding it all this while. So far, the other alleged hardware specifications that will come with the device will include a Snapdragon 820 processor, 5.3″ Quad HD display, a whopping 4GB of RAM and a 16MP OIS camera that should be able to snap some pretty snazzy photos right from the get go.
