There seems to be a spanking new handset that is well on its way from the folks over at Xiaomi, where it will be known as the Xiaomi Mi 4c that is all set to be revealed later next week. What we do know about the Xiaomi Mi 4c is that it will be able to support the USB Type-C connection, and not only that, it seems that this particular device will also play nice with Micro USB cables as well.
In fact, the Xiaomi Mi 4c will arrive with a Micro USB cable right out of the box. However, there will be a USB Type-C adapter which will convert the Micro USB plug into a Type-C connector, as you can see in the image above. In terms of hardware specifications, the Xiaomi Mi 4c will run on a Snapdragon 808 SoC that will boast of a hexa-core CPU, in addition to a 5” 1080p touchscreen display.
Apart from that, it will arrive in three different configurations where its memory options are concerned – 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal memory, 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal memory, and 3GB RAM and 64GB of internal memory, where all of them will run on a 3,120 mAh battery.
There should also be a 13MP camera at the back and a 5MP selfie shooter, running on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with Xiaomi’s very own MIUI 7 layer right on top.
