Sonic Retro realized that this arcade title will now play nice with MAME, which so happens to be a multi-arcade machine emulator that video game publishers aren’t too hot about. It might not sound like much, but the effort to arrive at such a stage comprised of hunting down an actual working PCB board in order to dump the ROM from, since the arcade machine itself is not all that common these days, too. Even one of the units found in the wild had a broken steering wheel, which would have rendered it useless, but thankfully, through time and resourcefulness, they found a working board. Nice to see classic games get “resurrected”, right?
