Last week there was a rumor that Sprint was interested in selling the Apple Watch. The rumors claimed that the carrier would be officially selling the wearable come 25th of September, which is also when the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus are going up for sale. Turns out the rumors were true as the Apple Watch has appeared on Sprint’s website.
Now the carrier has not officially said anything about the upcoming sale, but its appearance is more or less a confirmation of its availability. True enough, it looks like the watch will indeed be sold alongside the new iPhones on the 25th of September. However Sprint has not mentioned anything about the price, but we can only assume it will be the same as what Apple is charging.
This means that for the cheapest model, the Apple Watch Sport, it will retail starting at $350 for the 38mm model, and $400 for the 42mm model. Sprint is also expected to sell the regular Apple Watch which will retail for $550 for the 38mm model, and $600 for the 42mm model. Sprint hasn’t confirmed this but it is unlikely that the prices will deviate from Apple’s own pricing.
Either way if you are thinking of grabbing an Apple Watch and the new iPhone 6s or 6s Plus, then mark down the 25th of September because that is when you can grab either device (or both) from Sprint.
