As it stands, the Galaxy S6 features a 5.1-inch display, however if the rumors from Asia Today are any accurate, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S7 will be available in two different sizes. One model will feature a 5.2-inch display, making it 0.1-inches bigger than its predecessor. The other is expected to be a monster in terms of a 5.8-inch display.
It has also been rumored that in terms of resolution, the phones will feature a 4K display. Earlier this year it was rumored that the Galaxy Note 5 could sport such a resolution, but it turned out to be false. Instead it looks like Sony beat everyone to the punch with the Xperia Z5 Premium, but it could be that in 2016 Samsung will be joining the ranks.
Previous rumors have also hinted that the Galaxy S7 could use the Snapdragon 820. Qualcomm recently revealed that about 30 phones are testing the chipset, so we wouldn’t be surprised if the Galaxy S7 was one of them, but until then take it with a grain of salt for now.
