Resident Evil: Umbrella Corps Live Action Trailer Released

A couple of days ago we reported that Capcom had a new game in the works called Resident Evil: Umbrella Corps. The game was released with an announcement trailer that pretty much showed off its gameplay, but if you wanted something a bit more “realistic”, you might be pleased to know that the live action trailer has since been released.

This is pretty much similar to the announcement trailer, except reenacted by actors. We suppose it’s a pretty good job and if you wanted to see what this game could look like if it were made into a movie, this might be able to clue you in, although we doubt that Umbrella Corps would be made into a movie. Then again, it might not be such a bad idea, right?

Just in case you’re learning about Umbrella Corps for the first time, it’s basically a third-person shooting game. Players will team up and go on 3-on-3 matches where the goal is to eliminate the other team. However at the same time, the matches will be interrupted by zombies along with some creatures from the Resident Evil franchise, so players will need to work their way around that as well.

The game will also feature environments that Resident Evil gamers should be more than familiar with. It has been pegged for a released in early 2016 and will only be available on Sony’s PlayStation 4 and the PC.
