Oppo is a Chinese smartphone manufacturer that does have its fair share of smartphones released to date, where many of them happen to be models that reside on the mid-range all the way to the high end side of things, including the likes of the Oppo R7, Oppo R7 Plus, or Oppo Find 7, but it looks as though the company is also developing some entry-level devices which will cater to the masses as well. For instance, there is the Oppo A33 that does sound extremely simply in its naming convention, and it has been spotted on TENAA already.
For those who are not in the know, TENAA happens to be the Chinese regulatory agency that has been assigned to certify smartphones which will go on sale in China. Just what kind of hardware specifications can we expect from the Oppo A33? Well, it will arrive with a 5” display at 540 x 960 pixels, sport an 8 MP camera at the back with LED flash, carries a 5 MP selfie shooter, has 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, 4G LTE support, and dual-SIM capability.
A Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 SoC with a 1.2 GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU will run proceedings from underneath the hood alongside Android 5.1.1 Lollipop as the mobile operating system of choice, all coming in a chassis that measures 142.7mm × 71.7mm × 7.55mm, tipping the scales at 145 grams.
