There have been rumors recently that Motorola has yet another smartphone up its sleeve which the company might release later this year, it’s claimed to be the Moto X Force which may come with a shatterproof display. Nothing has been officially said by Motorola regarding this device so any information from unofficial sources must be taken with a grain of salt until we can be sure about what the future holds.
@upleaks, a Twitter account that has developed quite a reputation for itself, posted a new rumor about the Moto X Force today. Apparently this handset is going to be released in December this year for about $630.
Previous rumors suggest that the Moto X Force will feature a 5.4 inch display with 1,440×2,560 Quad HD resolution, Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB RAM and 32/64GB of onboard storage.
Also expected to be onboard is a 3,760mAh battery as well as a 21 megapixel rear and 5 megapixel front camera. Nano-coating will protect it from rain and light splashes but since it’s not likely to have IP certification the handset won’t be good for submerging in water.
If @upleaks’ latest rumor is believed then this handset will be out in December for the aforementioned price, though we can’t really be sure unless Motorola confirms it, and there’s no saying when the company will decide to do that.
