It was rumored a couple of weeks back that Motorola has yet another smartphone up its sleeve, reportedly codenamed Motorola Bounce, subsequent reports have suggested that it might formally be called Moto X Force. Not much is known for sure about this device right now since Motorola hasn’t confirmed anything but the latest from the rumor mill is that this smartphone is going to be launched as the Droid Turbo 2 by Verizon in the United States.
A render has actually been leaked today by @upleaks who has built quite a reputation for leaking things like this, not only does it show off the device but also shows the moniker which Verizon will slap on top of it.
It goes without saying that since it will be a Droid-branded device it will be exclusive to Verizon in the country, perhaps Motorola might launch an unlocked variant of this smartphone for those who’d rather not sign up with a major mobile carrier.
Moto X Force is reportedly powered by an octacore Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB RAM, 32GB and 64GB onboard storage and a 3,760mAh battery. It reportedly features a 5.4 inch Quad HD shatterproof display as well as a 21 megapixel rear camera.
No word on the pricing as yet, Verizon has not commented on this device.
