As you might have noticed, this keyboard has done away with the number pad so gamers who need the number pad will have to look elsewhere. However if you think you can live without the number pad, read on. The Logitech G410 will feature Romer-G mechanical switches. This is proprietary to Logitech so if you’re coming from other switches such as Cherry, it might be a little different.
The keyboard will feature illuminated keys which can be individually mapped depending on your preference and needs. Gamers can also mark keys with certain colors to keep track of spells and commands, and these colors can be automatically switched based on the profiles that you have chosen.
The G410 even comes with a G Arx Control dock. Basically this is a dock for your mobile device and together with the Logitech G Arx app, you should be able to display additional information about your system, so you can tell if your computer is running low on RAM or if your GPUs are performing as they should.
Priced at $129.99, the Logitech G410 keyboard is not cheap, but then again most mechanical keyboards rarely are. If you’d like to pre-order the keyboard, then head on over to Logitech’s website for the details.
