If the rumors are to believed, by the end of the month we should be learning more about Google’s Nexus devices for 2015. The handsets are pegged for an announcement on the 29th of September, or so the rumors claim. That being said, new photos have emerged which shows off LG’s Nexus handset.
As you can see in the leaked photo to the right, it shows off the LG Nexus 5 (2015) in a mint green finish. According to the rumors, the color option is said to be “Mint Tennis Court”, although we have to admit it does sound a bit awkward. However it is a pretty nice-looking finish and would be a nice alternative to the typical black or white options that are usually offered.
Now in terms of specs, we have heard the rumors that the LG Nexus will sport a 5.2-inch Full HD display. Under the hood, it will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 versus the Snapdragon 810 in the Huawei-made Nexus. Granted it isn’t as powerful on paper, but we guess we’ll need to test it to really find out for ourselves.
In any case take it with a grain of salt for now, but in the past we have seen LG release the Nexus 5 in a red finish, so a mint green finish would not really be a stretch of the imagination.
