LeTV Max 2 Rumors Point To Some Souped Up Specs
Just like how movies and games happen to have sequels if the first one makes a whole lot of money in the first place, so too, will the world of smartphones as LeTV decides that its LeTV Max is deserving of a successor. Earlier in September, LeTV did introduce a teaser which pointed out how the Snapdragon 820 chipset will see action in what we can presumably call the LeTV Max 2. Apart from that, there are whispers going around that this device will come with a smaller 5.7” display at at resolution of 1440 x 2560, which would result in a higher pixel density than that of its predecessor.
Other rumors from China claim that the LeTV Max 2 will include 6GB of RAM to the entire shebang, which would certainly boggle the mind since at this point in time, many flagships are just content with 3GB of RAM. Not only that, there should be a 23MP camera at the back that relies on a Sony IMX300 sensor, a chassis that is made of glass in front and at the back, and even thinner bezels to keep your eyes happy.
Sounds like this handset will only make it out in the first quarter of next year if it were to jump aboard the Snapdragon 820 bandwagon.
