Apparently, users report that as they attempt to check out the night sky using an AR app known as Sky Guide, which will lay over stars and constellations names and positions, the iPhone 6s fails in this regard as the map ends up floating all over the place. In other words, it points to a very real gyroscope issue that will most probably involve bad communication between the input from the gyro/accelerometer as well as the code itself.
Default Apple software like Maps work just fine, and chances are this boils down to buggy APIs that should be able to be fixed in double quick time. Well, at least the issue is acknowledged, so a fix should not be too far down the road now.
