While Huawei has revealed their Huawei Mate S officially today, this does not mean that the company is all out of ideas when it comes to the number of handsets that they have ready and waiting in the wings. It looks like another device that Huawei is waiting for a little while more before revealing it to the masses would be the Huawei G8, where it is tipped to be made available some time later this month.
The Huawei G8 looks set to roll out across many different European markets when it is available, where among them include the UK, France, Spain, Germany and Italy, not to mention over in Australia and South East Asia. This new handset will boast of a recommended retail price of €399 a pop, and those who are interested should be able to pick it up in either dark silver, gold, or white shades.
As for its hardware specifications, expect the Huawei G8 to be powered by Android Lollipop alongside Huawei’s Emotion UI running right on top, accompanied by a 5.5” display at Full HD resolution, a 64-bit, octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor, a fingerprint scanner at the back, a 13MP camera with Optical Image Stabilization behind, a 5MP selfie camera, dual SIM support, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal memory, a 3,000 mAh battery.
