This was confirmed by Pete Hines who wrote, “We aren’t doing a DLC exclusive with anyone.” This is good news for gamers across multiple platforms because sometimes exclusives make gamers feel like they have been left out. That being said, DLCs for Fallout 4 have only been planned for 2016, so in the meantime gamers will have to just play the game as it is.
Fallout 4 is pegged for a release on the 10th of November 2015. It will be released on the PC, Xbox One, and the PlayStation 4. Bethesda had also previously promised that the game will boast over 400 hours of content, so safe to say that gamers will have a lot of content in the game to go through before worrying about what’s next for the DLC.
The company has also stated that the game’s script is longer than both Fallout 3 and Skyrim combined, and that they think it’s possible for Fallout 4 to potentially outsell Skyrim which is quite a tall order, but we suppose we’ll have to wait and see. In the meantime how do you guys feel about platform-exclusive content? Yay or nay?
