If you’re looking for a new pair of wireless headphones to take with you on your travels, Bose has got you covered. The company has recently announced a new pair of wireless headphones in the form of the SoundLink around-ear wireless headphones II, which at the moment is priced at $279.95 and will begin shipping out come September 10.
For headphone enthusiasts who are familiar with over-ear and on-ear, you might be confused about the around-ear description. In reality this is basically an over-ear pair of headphones. This means that the cups of the headphones will rest around your ear, as opposed to sitting directly on top of them.
This usually provides better sound stage and comfort especially if you plan to use them for long periods of time. According to Bose, they are also boasting that the SoundLink II headphones will feature a pretty long 15-hour battery life. It comes with NFC and Bluetooth, so pairing the headphones with your media device should be quick and painless.
It will allow users to swap between music and phone calls without fiddling with your phone, and there will also be voice prompts to let you know of incoming calls and who’s calling you, how much battery life you have left, and so on. So, anyone planning on picking up a pair?
