As many have heard due to the various issues plaguing the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight, Warner Bros. was forced to suspend the sales of the game. This meant that gamers who didn’t buy the game are now no longer able to, which we suppose is for their own good given the mess it was in.
The developers of the game have since issued a patch that appears to have addressed the many issues gamers had, and the good news is that if you wanted to get your hands on the game, you will soon be able to because according to a press release from Warner Bros. regarding the new Tumbler and Arkham Asylum skins, there was reference made to the PC version of the game.
Towards the bottom of the press release it reads, “Batman: Arkham Knight is based on DC Comics’ core Batman license and is available now for the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system and Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft. The PC version of the game will be available in the coming weeks.”
No specific dates have been mentioned, but it is good news to see that Warner Bros. thinks that the game is now ready to resume sales. Now it should be noted that the game has not been completely fixed. There are still kinks to iron out but the major issues that caused the game’s suspension appears to have been addressed. Either way we’ll be keeping an eye out for its release.
