A new update has been released for Vine which brings perfectly looping music for six-second videos recorded using the app, the feature allows users to add music that perfectly suit their videos. Vine will select all of the music and handle the licensing end of things so that users can easily pick and choose the music to go with their video without having to worry about anything else.
The way this works is quite simple, once users have recorded a six-second video they can browse through a selection of tracks provided by Vine to find a clip that they think goes best with their video.
Partners for Vine’s Featured Tracks include Migos, Odesza and Avicii. Vine is also presenting this as a new way to discover music, when a video features on of these tracks it will have a music note beside it and when viewers tap on it they get information about the artist and the song.
Users have full control on placing the track however they like on the clip but Vine is also offering a new feature called Snap to Beat which is going to automatically trim the music and video so that the audio loops as perfectly as it possibly can.
The update is now available for Vine on both iOS and Android.
