Not long after Samsung unveiled its new handsets last week major carriers in the United States started confirming that they will offer both devices to customers, and they also started taking pre-orders for the devices. T-Mobile did confirm that it will sell both handsets but the carrier didn’t say when it will start taking pre-orders. T-Mobile CEO John Legere took to Twitter to confirm that they’re doing away with pre-orders altogether, customers will be able to order the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge+ starting tomorrow.
T-Mobile starts taking orders for both devices tomorrow at 6:00 am PT or 9:00 am ET, customers can order online or over the phone while in-store sales will begin starting August 21st. Legere says that the carrier is going to start shipping units “ASAP.”
Galaxy Note 5 will be available in Black Sapphire and White Pearl whereas the Galaxy S6 Edge+ will be available in Gold Platinum and Black Sapphire colors from Magenta.
Prices for the Galaxy Note 5 start at $0 down and 23 equal monthly payments of $29.17 and 1 payment of $29.08 bringing it to a full retail price of $699.99. Galaxy S6 Edge+ starts at $0 down with 23 monthly payments of $32.50 and 1 payment of $32.49 for a total retail price of $779.99. These prices are for the 32GB base models, 64GB storage is available for a bit of premium, there’s no 128GB option with these handsets.
