These Pair Of Skinny Jeans Will Charge Your Phone

Wearing skinny jeans means that putting bulky items into your pockets such as keys, a thick wallet, or an external battery pack can be rather unsightly, which is why the folks at Joe’s Jeans have created a pair of skinny jeans for women dubbed the #Hello jeans. These are a pair of jeans that look normal on the outside, but in reality it hides a portable charger.

As you can see in the image above, there is actually a special pouch on the back of the jeans that you can slip your phone into. There is another slot in which a custom battery pack and a cable for charging your phone is hidden, so when you do need a charge, you can discreetly connect it to your phone and no one will be the wiser!

Like we said this allows you to go about your day in a pair of skinny jeans without any unsightly pocket bulges. That being said, the jeans don’t come cheap. They are priced at $189 without the custom battery, and for those who want to add the battery, it will cost you an extra $49. While the size of the battery is unknown, the company promises it will charge an iPhone 5/5s up to 80-85%, and an iPhone 6 up to 70%.

It’s a rather novel and definitely not the first of its kind. A few years ago a pair of jeans called the I/O Pocket introduced a similar feature. Now it should be noted that the #Hello jeans appear to be only available for women and if you’d like to pre-order the jeans, you can expect it to start shipping come 21st of August.
