The most recent rumor we have heard about the LG Nexus (2015) is that it will be released on the 29th of September. While the rumor did not mention anything about the Huawei Nexus, we can only assume that it will share a similar date, unless LG and Huawei plan on holding separate events, but given that these are Nexus devices, chances are Google will be calling the shots.
That being said, famed leaked @OnLeaks has posted a new rendering of the upcoming LG Nexus handset. This is a much clearer render from what we’ve seen before and it also lines up with an earlier leaked image. However what’s missing from this render is the Nexus branding on the back, but given that this is a rendering, perhaps it wasn’t designed to be used as marketing material, hence the omission of certain features.
However it does share the same features we’ve seen such as the bump on the back for its camera, its dual flash setup, and the circular section underneath the camera where the fingerprint sensor will most likely go. In terms of specs, we have heard that the LG Nexus could be quite a powerhouse.
It will feature a 5.2-inch QHD display and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor. There will be 3GB of RAM, a 13MP rear-facing camera, a 5MP front-facing camera, and we can only assume it will come with Android 6.0 Marshmallow preinstalled.
