Motorola fans in the United States are no doubt wondering when the company plans on releasing the Moto X Pure Edition in the country, this handset is branded as the Moto X Style outside the U.S. The company has finally revealed today when it’s going to release Moto X Pure Edition, we just have to wait until September to get our hands on this device.
Moto X Pure Edition is a pretty powerful device, it has a Snapdragon 808 processor with 3GB RAM, a 5.7 inch Quad HD LCD display, 21 megapixel rear camera, 3,000mAh battery and external memory expansion up to 128GB.
Motorola will be directly selling this handset in the United States and customization options will be available through Moto Maker, those who are waiting to pick one up should keep in mind that it won’t be sold through carriers so customers won’t be able to take advantage of the equipment installment plans offered by major carriers.
The device will only be available from Amazon, Best Buy and Motorola off-contract for full price, it costs $399 and will work with all four major carriers in the country so compatibility is not an issue. Motorola is going to release the Moto X Pure Edition on September 3rd.
