Yesterday thanks to several leaked images, photos of Microsoft’s upcoming Lumia 950 XL was revealed. Now in those photos, the handset pictured appeared to be encased in a protective case which presumably is meant to hide its design and also to protect it from bumps and drops, and if you’re wondering what the phone looks like without the case, you’re in luck.
Thanks to new photos that have made their way online, we now have a better idea of what the handset could look like without the case. It should be pointed out that in the photo to the right is the original photo. The photo to the left of it has been Photoshopped to virtually remove its case, thus giving us a glimpse at the handset’s design.
Granted it might not be the most accurate depiction but you should be able to get the idea. Now according to the folks at Windows Central, they can’t be sure if this is the Lumia 950 or Lumia 950 XL, although they’re speculating that due to the size of the phone in relation to the hand, chances are we could be looking at the Lumia 950 which is the smaller of the two models.
If the rumors are to be believed, the Lumia 950 is also known internally as the Talkman. The handset is said to sport a 5.2-inch QHD display and will be powered by a hexa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor. It will also be accompanied by 3GB of RAM, feature iris scanning technology, 32GB of storage, 20MP PureView rear-facing camera, a 5MP front-facing camera, a 3,000mAh battery and will come with support for wireless charging.
