Huawei has had its fair share of smartphones in the past that are more than decent, and it looks like the company continues to grow from strength the strength. In fact, they have been recognized to be the world’s third largest smartphone vendor recently, and with IFA 2015 about to kick off real soon early next month, there are plenty of whispers on the grapevine that point to what Huawei has in store for the masses at the conference, ranging from a smartphone to perhaps a phablet device, and even a second handset.
Names in the vein of the Huawei Mate 7S, Huawei Mate S, and Honor 7/7 Plus have been bandied about to date, and there is even the commonly referred to Huawei Mate S which has made its rounds as a render. The most recent leak points to alleged real-life pictures of the soon-to-come device, where it features a hump at the back that could very well be the place that the fingerprint sensor and camera are stored. Perhaps this means that the shooter at the back will feature the assistance of an Optical Image Stabilizer?
Other rumored hardware specifications point to a Full HD resolution on the 5.7” display, a Kirin 935 chipset, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal memory, but we will wait and see whether the released device will carry all of those or not.
