Samsung-Galaxy-Note-5-06When Samsung announced their new handsets, over in the UK only the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ was announced, leaving many to wonder what about the Galaxy Note 5? As it turns out, the Galaxy Note 5 will not be launched in Europe for now, and according to Samsung, a decision will be made later.

Apparently the company wants to assess individual market conditions first before making a decision. It does seem odd considering that previously the handset had always made its way to Europe, which is why UK-based retailer Clove Technology has launched a petition in order to bring the Galaxy Note 5 over to Europe.

According to Clove, “We would like to think if enough people show Samsung their desire to buy the Note 5 in the UK and Europe then it may make them reconsider. Samsung should listen to their prospective customers when they tell them how important the Note line is to us Europeans.”

We suppose if Samsung is looking for signs that the European market is interested, this petition could very well do the trick. Now we can’t be sure if this will change anything, but for our readers in Europe who want the Galaxy Note 5, then head on over to the petition’s page and leave your name behind.
