Fallout 4 is a game that many gamers have been waiting for for years. GIven that in the past we have seen fake leaks and pranks, we guess gamers must have felt some kind of relief when it was officially announced at E3 2015 last month. That being said if you’re worried about getting through the game too quickly, it seems unlikely that will happen.
In an interview with OXM (via Gamespresso), the game’s lead producer Jeff Gardiner revealed that Fallout 4 would be packed with as much as 400 hours worth of content. Of course if you’re planning on doing speed runs this would be a very different story, but if you’re the type of gamer who loves exploring the game in its entirety, you will have a lot of content to comb through.
Gardiner was quoted as saying, “I’ve played the game for probably 400 hours, and I’m still finding stuff that I haven’t seen.” This is also largely thanks to the game’s extensive crafting system in which gamers can customize many aspects of the game, ultimately leading them to spend more time discovering new things that they did not know were there before.
So far Fallout 4 is shaping up to be quite a good game and even though mods won’t be supported at the start, it looks like gamers will already have plenty of things to do until Bethesda decides to add support for mods. In the meantime Fallout 4 has been pegged for a 10th of November release on the PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
