Aston Martin Rapide Set To Go All Electric

If you are a collector of the finer things in life, surely having an Aston Martin in your garage would be one for the list. Well, it looks like Aston Martin intends to make the Rapide to be an 800-hp electric car in due time. This four door ride is tipped to hit the market in a couple of years’ time, so you have been forewarned – if you are hankering after something like this, it would be best to start putting your finances in order from now on.

The all electric Rapide from Aston Martin would not be the only ride of its kind to roll out in due time, as Aston Martin has also revealed how they will be introducing the all-electric version of the DBX crossover before 2020 comes to a close. So far, what do we know of the Aston Martin Rapide? Get your hankies out and prepare to wipe off all drool – the Rapide is set to be an all-wheel drive that will have approximately 800 horses underneath the hood, in addition to a 200-mile range, now how about that?

The competition among electric cars sure are heating up, and we have also heard how Audi has plans for a 300-mile range sport SUV. Hopefully all of this healthy competition will spur each other to deliver even superior goods for the consumer.
