Vine, an app that is owned by the folks over at Twitter, has just received an update which will make life a whole lot easier for you. Hey, that is what updates are meant for in the first place, right? To make it more convenient for the user, and at the same time, to have a greater level of features and functions than before. Having said that, let us take a look at just what new stuff the updated Vine app offers.
Basically, it is far easier now to be able to search for fellow subscribers whom you think are interesting enough to follow. All that you need to do is to click on the Find People icon that is located on the top-left corner, and from there you will be presented with the names of Vine users whom Vine’s algorithm must have figured out that you would most probably have some sort of connection or common interest with.
A new setting has also been thrown into the mix, where you can now check out your Vines in 720p High Definition glory, which is a vast improvement from the existing 480p. In order to enjoy the higher resolution, head on to your profile page and tap on the “Settings” gear. From there, select “Your Content” in order to know what resolution your Vines are served in.
You will be able to make a download of the new Vine app for the iOS, Android and Windows Phone platforms for free.
