Sony Xperia Z3+ Now Available From Amazon

When Sony announced the Xperia Z3+, it was quickly discovered that the handset was basically the international version of the Sony Xperia Z4. This meant that at some point in time, there is a chance that the handset could make its way stateside, but so far none of the major carriers in the country have announced their official support for it.

However the good news is that if you’re a fan of Sony’s smartphones and wouldn’t mind getting your hands on the device, you might be interested to learn that Amazon is carrying the handset and they have units in stock. Of course given that it is sold via Amazon, it means that you would essentially be buying the phone unlocked.

It will cost you around $650-$670 depending on the seller. It should also be noted that these are GSM versions of the handset, meaning that if you wanted to use it stateside, you would need to  use in on GSM carriers such as AT&T and T-Mobile, but if you don’t have any issues with that, then just pop on over to Amazon’s website to place your order.

In the meantime if you wanted a slightly better version of the Xperia Z3+/Z4, last we heard Verizon was planning a launch of the Sony Xperia Z4v. It will sport a different design and will sport a 5.2-inch QHD display which will obviously be sharper than the Xperia Z3+/Z4’s Full HD display, but unfortunately there is no word on when that phone will be released.
