As you can see in the photos, the Xperia C5 Ultra is the larger of the two. The handset is rumored to sport a 6-inch Full HD display but thanks to its bezel-free display, it makes it look smaller than it is which is a good thing especially if you find it hard to grip phablets in one hand. It is also rumored to be powered by a 1.7GHz MediaTek MT6752 processor with 2GB of RAM.
There will be 16GB of expandable storage, a 13MP rear and front-facing cameras, NFC, dual SIM support, and will be accompanied by a 2,930mAh battery. As for the Xperia M5, this is the smaller of the two phones with a 5-inch Full HD display. Even though it is rumored to be an inch smaller, like we said the bezel-free display of the Xperia C5 Ultra makes the difference in size less obvious.
Under the hood, the handset will be powered by a 2GHz MediaTek Helio X10 processor and will come with 3GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, a 21.5MP rear-facing camera, a 13MP front-facing camera, 2,600mAh battery, and will be IP65/68 certified for water and dust resistance. In any case hopefully the official details will be revealed next week, so check back with us then for more updates.
