Last year during BlizzCon, Blizzard announced the third installment in the StarCraft 2 franchise – Legacy of the Void. Now if you were excited for the game and were planning on getting your hands on it, you might be interested to learn that Blizzard is currently accepting pre-orders for the game.
Gamers who are interested can pop on over to Blizzard’s online store to purchase their digital copy. The game will be priced at $39.99 for the standard edition, and $59.99 for the digital deluxe edition. The latter will include unique portraits and skins for the game, and will also come with a pet for World of Warcraft, transmogs for Diablo 3, and a special card back for Hearthstone.
The coolest reward, we reckon, is the void seeker mount that players will be getting for Heroes of the Storm. That being said, Blizzard notes that these rewards can be purchase separately, so if you’re not sure if you want those features/rewards now, you can go ahead and buy the standard edition and top it up later.
It should also be noted that pre-purchasing the game will give players early access to Whispers of Oblivion, the prologue missions that leads into Legacy of the Void. There is no set release date for the game yet but Blizzard expects a Winter 2015/2016 release.
