samsung logo 4So, it has been confirmed earlier today that the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will be getting 4GB RAM, and that might very well be the new standard in the high end smartphone market for the near future. Having said that, even the Galaxy Note 5 itself has already been spotted on the official Samsung site as a reference. Where, you ask? Well, source code of a support page for the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge points to how the optical image stabilization mechanism might cause a change in the camera len’s position, and in this support page, it referenced some non-official Samsung devices.

These devices happen to sport the model numbers SM-N920 and SM-925F. If one were to take a look at the Galaxy Note 4 and the Galaxy Note Edge, those carry the model numbers SM-910, and SM-915 respectively, which is why folks are quick to jump and speculate that the SM-920 should be the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, whereas the SM-925 will end up as the sibling with more curves on the edges.

Granted, nothing is confirmed just yet where the model number is concerned, so do take this with a pinch of salt as we await official word from the South Korean conglomerate themselves.
