So yesterday NetherRealm released the Predator DLC for Mortal Kombat X gamers who bought the Kombat Pack. However it turns out that there are some Xbox One gamers who are having issue downloading the DLC onto their console. No doubt this is annoying since one of the perks of purchasing the Kombat Pack is the fact that you get access to the DLC before others do.
According to NetherRealm who acknowledged the issue on the forums, this is something that they are working on. “We’re aware that Xbox One owners who have purchased the Kombat Pack currently do not have access to the Mortal Kombat X Predator Bundle. We are working to identify and fix the issue as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience in this matter.”
It is unclear as to what the problem might be or who the fault might lie with – whether it be NetherRealm, Microsoft, or even Warner Bros. who has been faced with a lot of anger from gamers recently due to the fiasco with Batman: Arkham Knight for the PC in which the publisher was forced to suspend sales until the issue could be resolved.
In any case not all gamers are affected with this weird bug but for those who were, hopefully we will be able to look forward to an official fix in the near future, at least before the DLC is released to everyone else so that there is still some form of exclusivity.
