The Moto X series of flagships from Motorola have proven to be pretty decent devices. Combine that with the customizability of Moto Maker and you’ve got yourself a pretty neat handset. Now we’re sure many are curious as to what the next-gen Moto X could look like, but thanks to the folks Android Peru (via Phandroid), they have posted several leaked photos of the upcoming handset.
Now as far as design is concerned, there isn’t really much about the Moto X (2015) that surprises us. For starters it seems that for the most part, the Moto X (2015) will sport a relatively same design as its predecessors. The photos also seem to line up with previously leaked photos from a little over a week ago.
So far from what we can infer from these photos, the Moto X (2015) will come with a front-facing camera flash, which will no doubt appeal to selfie lovers. Oddly enough the folks at Android Peru also seem to believe that the bottom speaker grill will house a fingerprint scanner, but that’s just speculation for now even though it does seem unlikely.
Other than that, it’s a bit hard to tell how big the Moto X (2015) is based on the photos alone, but Motorola is expected to host an event on the 28th of July where presumably the handset will be announced alongside other handsets such as the Moto G (2015).
