When Mortal Kombat X was announced, it was also revealed that the Predator character would be available as a DLC for the game. Now given how gory the game is at the moment, we’re sure many are curious as to what kind of gory punishments the Predator character will be able to dish out to other players.
Well it seems that after all that tease, NetherRealm Studios has finally announced that the Predator DLC for Mortal Kombat X will be available come 7th of July. The availability on the 7th of July is only for those who have bought the Kombat Pack DLC, but for those who did not buy the season pass, you’d have to wait until the 14th of July to get your hands on it.
So far NetherRealm has been steadily pushing out new characters for the game. Previously fans were treated to Jason Voorhes of Friday the 13th fame, although we suppose in some ways he does replace Freddy Krueger who has made appearances in the Mortal Kombat franchise in the past.
While the skills and fatalities of Predator have yet to be captured on video, the studio has released a teaser trailer which you can see above to get an idea of what the character will look like in the game.
