Last year a fitness tracker by the name of Moov was launched, and now it looks like the company is back with a successor in the form of the Moov Now. Not only does the new wearable have a new look, but it has gained new functionality as well, not to mention a battery life that could put other wearables to shame.
The Moov Now basically can do whatever its predecessor could. This includes the ability to track activities like cycling, boxing, swimming, running, and etc. However the updated version will also be able to take into account your sleep and daily activities, making itself a more well-rounded fitness tracker.
The accompanying smartphone app for iOS and Android will also be able to turn the Moov Now into your personal coach. It will speak to you as you work out and will also offer suggestions on improving your form. It will integrate with your music, fading your songs to the background while the app is speaking.
Best of all is probably the wearable’s battery, which according to the company is boasting a 6 month lifespan on a single charge. Yup, you read that right, the Moov Now will last you a good 6 months before requiring you to charge it again, although presumably this will vary depending on what you do with it. Moov Now is currently available for pre-order at a special price of $60, so head on over to its website for the details.
