Logitech is a brand that has been around for a very long time and they have been known for creating peripherals and accessories for the PC, although in the past few years, they have started to branch out into mobile accessories as well. In fact just last week, the company announced that they would undergo a rebranding and will now be known as “Logi”.
If you’re wondering what kind of products would debut under the new Logi brand, the folks at Engadget managed to get their hands on the company’s latest Logi-branded iPad cases. These cases will fall under the company’s Blok lineup of iPad cases and it will come in three different versions.
The first will be a simple $40 Block Protective Shell case. Basically this is a bare basics iPad case with a screen protector. However if you’re looking for a bit more functionality, the $70 Blok Protective Shell will offer the same protection along with screen protection, and will also boast a built-in kickstand to boot.
Last but not least is the $130 Block Keyboard Case. As the name suggests (see photo above), this is a keyboard case designed for the iPad in mind. According to the company, they claim to have worked together with Cranfield University to help develop the right plastic mixture that allows them to create cases that are not only thin, but sturdy. The new Logi Blok cases are expected to be released in August.
