There are good ideas, bad ideas, and downright great ones. The thing is, you can never really quite tell just which particular one is going to take off – at least, not until you try it. Those who love chicken might be in for a real treat, assuming this latest idea from the world famous KFC would turn out to be true. The KFC Tray Typer was a pretty hilarious idea, and this time around, how about a bucket that sports a built-in printer?
A rather interesting promotional video depicts a bunch of hungry folks who have shot selfies with their favorite fried chicken meal before tucking in, and these selfies are then printed out straight from the “Memories Bucket”. This particular idea was mooted in order to celebrate KFC’s 60th anniversary over in Canada, although as at press time, it sure as heck resembles more of a marketing stunt than anything else.
In the promotional video, there is a tiny Polaroid-like printer that has been installed right into the bucket’s base, and chances are, it will hook up to smartphones via Bluetooth connectivity. Would you like to see this Bluetooth-enabled bucket be part of the KFC menu in the future?
