In accordance with the reports coming from China, the HTC One E9 is gearing up to make a debut by next month in China. The device will sport a 5.5-inch display, however it does not have the same resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels with QHD glass as boasted by the HTC One E9+. Also, the One E9 does not even have an FHD display as sported by the HTC One M9, the One E9 instead sports a HD display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels.
Powering the One E9 will be a 1.5GHz octa-core processor paired with a 2GB of RAM. There will be 16GB of internal storage on-board, a 13-megapixel rear camera along with a 4-megapixel Ultrapixel camera, which was also used in HTC’s One M7 (rear camera) and One M8 (front camera). The HTC One E9 runs Android 5.0 out-of-the-box.
Going by the design, the One E9 bears a different outlook from the One E9+, the latter comes with a better resolution along with a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 13-megapixel front camera. Also, the E9+ features 3GB of RAM. We hope that HTC mobiles will soon let out the details about the launch date of the device followed by the revelation of pricing and availability.
