Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime Arrives July 10 On Sprint

If you’re looking for a phone that won’t break the bank, you might be interested to learn that the Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime has officially been announced for Sprint’s network and come 10th of July, you can expect to get your hands on it. The device will be priced at $29.99 with a new two-year contract with the carrier.

Alternatively for those who’d rather not be tied down to Sprint or any kind of contract, the carrier is also selling the device for $240 by itself. Sprint also announced a $0 down plan with $10 a month repayment plans for 24 months for their well-qualified buyers. Basically it sounds like you should be able to get your hands on this phone for quite a steal.

Now if you’re wondering why the Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime name sounds so familiar, it is because the handset was actually announced way back in September of 2014. It is by no means a high-end handset and its specs are really nothing to shout about, but we suppose that is one of the ways Samsung has managed to keep its price down.

It will sport a 5-inch 540 x 960 display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor running under the hood, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage with support for microSD, an 8MP rear-facing camera, a 5MP front-facing camera, and a 2,600mAh battery with Android 5.1 running the show.
