ASUS decides to go exclusive with their latest Zenfone 2E smartphone with AT&T, making you even more confused if you are not already, taking into consideration just how many handsets that there are in the ASUS Zenfone 2 line to date. The Zenfone 2E will be offered under the carrier’s GoPhone prepaid brand, and if you are interested in picking one up, you will be able to do so for $119.99 a pop without any need for a pesky contract from Walmart and Target stores.
As for those who would like to pick it up from AT&T itself, you will have to wait for July 24th to swing around as that is when AT&T will carry adequate stock, while those who prefer to do their shopping over at Best Buy will have to wait until August 2nd.
Hardware specifications of the ASUS Zenfone 2E would include a 5” 720p IPS touchscreen display, an 8MP shooter at the back with LED flash, a 2MP front-facing shooter, 1GB RAM, 8GB of internal memory, and a 2,500mAh battery, running on a dual-core Intel processor with Android 5.0 Lollipop underneath Asus’ very own ZenUI. Depending on your taste, you are able to opt for either black or white for the ASUS Zenfone 2E.
