Acer of Taiwan has just revealed that folks who would want to dive right into the Windows 10 platform will be able to do so from today onward, thanks to a new range of E Series notebooks that happen to be Acer’s maiden attempt at Windows 10-powered products. Other devices from Acer that will ship with Windows 10 in tow would arrive later next month, so fret not if you missed the boat this time around.
The new Aspire E Series can be picked up from next week onward, and those other devices that will arrive later next month will include the R11 and R13 Series convertible notebooks, the Switch 10 E 2-in-1 notebook, the Aspire Z3 All-in-One desktop and Aspire One Cloudbooks.
Not only that, at the moment, the Windows 8.1-powered Acer Liquid M220 smartphone that runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor is also set to receive Windows 10 Mobile later this fall. As for the new Aspire E Series of notebooks, they come with optimized audio and voice capabilities which will be able to maximize the Cortana personal digital assistant experience, where one can choose from either 15.6” or 17.3” displays, coming in a range of colors.
