To say that the ZTE Nubia Z9 was a success in its home country, China, when it debuted would be an understatement. After all, it managed to sell out in a matter of 10 minutes (!) after launch in China, and since the handset is not content with making waves in the country of its origin, it has set its sights on other fertile ground. It is our great pleasure to bring you word that the US, too, would be a target country for the ZTE Nubia Z9 in the near future.
First of all, here is a little bit of a refresher concerning the ZTE Nubia Z9 just in case you have forgotten all about it. It will arrive in an extremely sleek form factor with close to a bezel-less profile, and will arrive in several variants.
The ZTE Nubia Z9 Classic will sport 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal for $564 a pop, whereas the Nubia Z9 Elite model will see the amount of RAM bumped up to 4GB, while there is also double the amount of internal memory at 64GB for $645. For those who have a little bit more dough on the side, there is always the Exclusive version that will be similar to the Elite variant in terms of hardware, save for the added fingerprint sensor which will see a final sticker price of $725.
All of them will come with a 5.2” 1080 x 1920 resolution display, a Snapdragon 810 SoC, a 2900 mAh battery, 4G LTE support, a 16MP shooter at the back, and an 8MP selfie camera with a wide-angle lens.
