Earlier this year in March, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge. Both handsets have a completely new design and come with countless new features, also included with the handsets were a paid of in-ear earphones that have a new design. Samsung calls them In-ear Fit earphones and while initially they were only available with the Galaxy S6, the company is now going to sell them separately, and also in more than just one color.
Samsung explains that it wanted to focus on both sound quality and comfort with the In-ear fit earphones so it came up with an all new design that incorporate elements from both canal type earphones and open type earphones.
The new design enabled Samsung to eliminate ear canal fatigue experienced by prolonged use of canal type earphones and provide a much better sound experience than users get with open type earphones.
It used an “innovative new material” as well as a free edge concept to redesign the earphones’ diaphragm to achieve a richer and more clearer sound experience.
Samsung paid special attention to the fit of these earphones, it added silicon covers to ensure comfort during long periods of use no matter what activity the user might be taking part in.
The In-ear Fit earphones from Samsung will be available for purchase soon in most markets, prices will vary from market to market, the earphones will be available in Blue, Blue-black, Red and White colors.
