It looks like there is yet another unannounced smartphone that has received the proverbial nod of approval by the folks over at TENAA in China, which so happens to be the FCC’s equivalent over in the world’s most populous country. The handset that we are referring to here this time around would be the Oppo A51, where it does seem, at first glance, to fall within the same entry-level category as that of the Oppo A31, although it will feature better hardware specifications underneath the hood.
With a dual glass design, this means the Oppo A51 will not come with a removable battery, which would place it on par with that of the inferior Oppo A31. As with the earlier model, the Oppo A51 too, will feature a 64-bit Snapdragon 410 chipset that boasts of a quad-core CPU and an Adreno 306 GPU.
Apart from that, do expect the Oppo A51 to arrive with a 5” display that has a resolution count of 720 x 1280 pixels, accompanied by 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal memory, an 8MP shooter at the back, alongside a 5MP camera in front for selfie lovers. 4G LTE connectivity is also supported, while a 2,420mAh battery keeps it up and running. No idea as to when it will arrive officially, though.
