OnePlus 2 Name Confirmed By OnePlus Team

The OnePlus One is definitely a smartphone that is worth checking out, even until today despite the fact that it has started to age. It is also not surprising to hear that there is a sequel in the works, and while not much has been shared, there has been strong claims to the device being known as the OnePlus Two. Thankfully, whatever rumors that have been going around that the OnePlus Two will be the sequel to the OnePlus One has been confirmed officially, thanks to the OnePlus team. In other words, the next generation smartphone from OnePlus will be known as the OnePlus 2.

This particular bit of information has come about from the launch of two new promotions for the OnePlus 2, as fans will then be given the chance to pick up an early preview of the OnePlus 2. The first of the two promotions would be Photo Mania 2015, an annual event. In order to participate, one will have to obviously capture and submit the best possible snapshot sans any editing or filters. There is no explicit mention of whether one will need to use a OnePlus One device to get the job done, but who knows? That might just be an advantage for you.

As for the other contest, it is known as “Your OnePlus Story“. You will need to send in a video story of you and the OnePlus in order to participate. Share what you love about the OnePlus One, as well as any words of endearment that you have for the device.
