It looks like Microsoft is moving – perhaps inching, forward yet again with an announcement concerning a new Windows 10 Mobile build today. It has been said that Windows Insider fast ring users are able to go ahead and perform a download of it now, assuming their handsets happen to run on Windows Phone 8.1, of course. This new build will go head on with a handful of Windows Insider concerns which were gathered from the previous public preview that was introduced slightly more than a month back, where Build 10136 will place its focus on subtle design improvements as well as refining core features such as the Cortana and the Photos app.
Cortana seems to have more or less finalized in its appearance this time around, where Microsoft’s Gabriel Aul mentioned in a blog post that it was “very close” to its final design, and no doubt you will be treated to a slew of interface adjustments that will hopefully make the entire experience a more cohesive one later on.
Cortana can also now be toggled to track flights and packages whenever users receive emails with specific details concerning said packages, and it will also alert you in that manner, being a pretty handy reminder, don’t you think so? While July 29 happens to be the firm release date of Windows 10 for PCs and tablets, nothing has been established for Windows 10 Mobile just yet, so stay tuned.
